Transfer list sanction

Hi, I've been sanctioned on the transfer market since 25/Apr/25 (5:27 AM UTC) with no reason listed whatsoever. 

I tried appealing 3 times for a case but it just gets closed after a while with 0 feedback...

I just want to play the game normally...so if anyone knows anything I can do about this please help.

    Hello. Unfortunately, if you've already submitted 3 disputes and have had them all declined, the ban will need to remain in place. We cannot help with this and it cannot be overturned.

    So just making sure I understand this....I get banned for no apparent reason, get my appeals ignored and no feedback on why I even got banned and the ban cannot be overturned? Wow props to you guys :)

    ToS does not ignore disputes. Each one is investigated by a human. If they aren't overturning the ban, it's because they didn't find evidence that it was given in error.

    You can see the reason for the ban in the initial email you received.

    Not once did I get any sort of email regarding the matter... is there any way for someone from ToS to send me another email stating why I got banned?

    It's possible it went to your spam/junk folder. You're welcome to open a new case with an advisor so they can tell you the reason for the ban. However, Transfer Market bans are normally due to partaking in coin distribution. Cases can be opened here.

    The advisor I talked to now said he can't do anything for me...not even check the email and why I got banned and told me the best I can do is appeal once again but you told me the ban needs to stay in place...

    You can submit up to 3 disputes. Once your account has been investigated 3 times, it will not be investigated again and the ban will remain in place.
