Get crackin' champ. Lots of open source tools out there and with Ai, why don't you go vibe code a game that's much better? I'll be your first customer!
Absolutely terrible when it comes to penalties(not sure if the developers have ever watch or played hockey at all). None of the penalties are called correctly.

Goals by the computer are scored in ways physics couldn't ever explain, Pucks will hit the goalie in the chest and some how go in the net.

The rest of your griping appears to be regarding the HUt marketplace which I have very little experience with. HUT is a horrible experience for anyone looking for realism.
I have over 50 videos proving how badly made this game is. From penalties to goals that sheer physics couldn't explain. I had one today hit the blocker of the goalie, stop in mid air, start spinning again and go over the blocker into the goal as the goal lowered his arm. This is Fluery's 99 overall.
