Weird cheesiness 3V3 WOC

Hello friends!
We have encountered strange lag in games over the past month. Sometimes it feels like all the players on our team are moving in a cheesiness and always late for everything. It feels that the player's abilities are not working correctly. We have test this with the broadband and fiber connection.

This "cheesines" seems to occur even 1ms ping. 

We have heard and noticed a kind of zone boost, we call it EA boost. If you play the zone well you may sometimes get a different boost to your game. However, we do not think this cheesiness is due to bad zone play.

Sometimes the opponent seems to have the same problem and we can quite easily win the game something like 10-0. It seems, when fiber connection is 24 or 25 the game is unplayable.

Have others encountered the same problem?

All network connections are high-quality and we have no way to get rid of this cheesiness. It doesn't occur in every game. We located in Helsinki FI and our team is currectly div 1 at the moment.
