Pre-Order Bonus on XBox

Pre-Order won't work.  Spoke with Microsoft for 3+ hours and they say code is valid.  They said contact EA or Best Buy where it was purchased from.   Best Buy says contact EA and EA says contact Best Buy.    Everyone pointing figures saying not me.

Need help with this.
