So at what point did you realize you weren’t getting what you thought? Just curious as to why you bought more with this error you found rather than mentioning it for a fix? Or did you perhaps blow your coins and not get what you wanted? 

I can confirm that the English version is correct, so it seems like it's only the Finnish version that is incorrect.

But are you really unable to see how the set looks like in the Finnish version without someone posting a video of it? Or are you thinking that the issue is bigger than it actually is? I mean to my understanding it's only one number in the name of the set in the Finnish version (it is supposed to say 2 instead of 4) that is incorrect and everything else is correct, so you shouldn't need a video of the entire process of completing the set and opening the pack. 2x 83+ is the correct pack. You only need to check the name (and possibly the description) of the set in the Finnish version.

And by the way, do you happen to know the reasoning behind the 5 collectible pack being 2x 83+ instead of 3x 83+ or even 4x 83+? I mean as OP said, with 10 collectibles you can get a 4x 84+ pack, so it's a bit strange that 4 83+ overall player items cost the same number of collectibles as 4 84+ overall collectibles?

yes first pack on the right says upper big text 4 83+ players and under that small text says 2 83+ players. second pack on right is that 4 84+ players big and small text

Can you post that screenshot here? A video would be best though.

I still don't understand why you would need a video when it's just the name of the set that is incorrect and everything else is correct. I understand to some extent that a screenshot could be helpful, but at the same time I don't understand why you can't just go and look at the name of the set without someone posting a screenshot of it.

Anyway, the Double Shift sets are going to expire in a few hours, but I hope you have been able to find the mistake and you won't repeat it in the next event.

When I report something that needs to be investigated, the team wants a screenshot or video. I'll pass it on anyway, but this would help.

Also without proof it could just be a time waster. Unless of course your post itself caught a ton of replies or agrees it’s most likely an issue in your end like a lack of update or something I would imagine. Just my 2 cents that nobody asked for haha
