Like others I am still unable to log in to my account. I have read and tried all the supposed work around that have been posted in the forums. But I am still unable to get into the game. I think I am now at about a week of being unable to log in. I haven't been able to get my daily bonus and my guild has strict rules about daily play. I may possibly be kicked out of my guild. Please can this be sorted !!!
I'm having the same issue I've posted on the support bot a couple of times via the game (swgoh) as I've been able to get on via an old Samsung S9. I posted on here yesterday and had no reply very frustrating
Same issue here I even tried signing in as Visitor and that is frozen and will not let me do anything. I am getting to the point that I will walk away my Guild also has a strong participation standard and I am sure I have already been tossed so there maybe nothing left for me after approximately 10 yes of play.
Mine has just let me log back in didn't restart it did the same as it's done for the past week but this time just let me back in. Are you on SWGOH, if yes and you have been booted we have space in the guild for you

The same thing happened to me for 3 days. Yesterday 06-06-2025 on EA HelpShift I posted a comment with my account and today everything is fine.
From a Forum Post there appears to be an issue with Google Play Services and the advice is to uninstall this App and reinstall it. HOWEVER, I discovered that the Google Play Services app can not be unistalled, but you can uninstall all updates. This reverts it back to its factory settings. Also, there is Google Play Services AR. Again it can't be uninstalled but updates can be. I have found this works.
It’s iPhone users too. I’ve been locked out for 5 days now. Can’t advance past the cantina loading screen.
Any updates?? My game was working last night (iPhone) and now it doesn’t get past the “loading cantina” screen no matter how long I wait.
Mine was like this for a week then yesterday it just started working no uninstall just allowed me to login, (been using an old phone so still letting me play) but it is frustrating. Just keep trying
Hi, I unistalled all recent updates on Google Play Services and Google Play Services AR. This has worked for me. Everything working fine after four days of the same as you experienced.
