⚔️ Maxis vs Basegame Skills

Hi,

Some skills are updated and others are completely ignored.

Maxis "favorite" skills :

• Cooking / Gourmet Cooking / Mixology
• Fitness
• Fishing
• Gardening
• Handiness : Finally woodworking gets new recipes and a kit brought restoration
• Photography / Painting : sims can paint anything
• Video gaming

Neglected skills :

• Comedy : No new jokes. A jester would have more to offer (acrobatics, juggling, performing magic tricks, jokes in song). It could also include mime.
• Guitar / Piano / Violin : No new songs. Maybe with Showtime EP we will get something.
• Mischief : No new voodoo doll powers or mischievous interactions
• Programming : No new hacks
• Writing : No new books .
  • Maybe potions, magic spells and voodoo curses could be a knowledge that the sims should write in a grimoire (Magic book of Family recipes protected by a spell).
  • Career books could be a way to boost the performances (efficiency gain)

"Dead end" skills ? :

• Charisma : Many features already boost the relationships.
• Logic : Do the sims never use their brain ??? No it doesn't count when zombies eat it.
• Rocket Science : New rockets ? But to do what ???
