Marriage went wrong

I have a world with my sims and I got them married using the wedding pack. The wedding itself was a bit buggy, but the worst part is when my sims got back home. I tried to make them have a baby and they wouldn’t. For some reason after the wedding, they were tagged as siblings. There’s no way I can fix it and now my sim can’t achieve her goal of having a happy family. This is really annoying and I basically lost all progress with those sims because of it.
