Can't make New Year's resolution

When I click on the sims to make them make a New Year's resolution the menu doesn't show up. I tried restarting the game, I tried repairing the game but the New Year's resolution menu won't open. I play on win 10, I don't have any mods or cc and I own all packs released so far (because I have no self-control).

Making a New Year's resolution when I'm playing with Seasons Holidays is one of my favorite parts so I'm very upset that it suddenly isn't working after today's update (27 may 2025). The update that also changed the event/holiday ui thingy. Most say I'm not that happy with that change neither as it forgets that I opened it when I switch character and I have to keep reopening it to see what goals I have to complete for my holidays.

Bug is fixed. Please remove the mod if you used it.

I made a mistake while merging which made the upvotes go lost. The team is aware that this is had quite a few upvotes. It was around 361

    I'm so upset. I'm playing rotational and celebrating New Year's before switching to the next household is my little send off ritual and now it feels like I can't move on. This feels really game breaking to me =(

    to be sure I'm seeing the same thing as you, the menu shows up on the Sim but when you click on it, nothing happens or do you not have the menu at all ?

    Exactly, option is there but nothing happens when I click it. The menu that let's you pick your resolution won't show up =(

    Ugh, I thought it was just me! I abruptly stop playing just to see if I was going crazy.

    Just comming here to report this myself.  No mods or cc here either.  And it's this latest patch, because last time New Years rolled around in game (about 2 weeks ago IRL), I had no problems

    Started after the patch today (5/27/25). No mods, no CC. In case its something pack specific, I have all the packs/kits outside of the 5 newest ones.

    I am also having this issue. I do use mods but have tested the game with mods uninstalled and am still having the issue of the menu not appearing. I am also having the issue with the menu closing after I switch from one sim to another.

    Same issue on my game after today's (May 27 2025) patch. Mac, never CC or mods. The option appears in the Sim's pie menu, but clicking it does not result in a "pick a resolution" dialog box and it does not queue up as an action.

    After the update, I can't make a  New Year's Resolution. That 's my favorite holiday thing to do
